Estate sales are necessary for many reasons; moving, downsizing, settling an estate, retiring, etc. We can help take the hassle out of these situations and make your sale a pleasant and profitable experience.
Free Sale Analysis
Call us or use the "Contact Us" link to the left and we will meet with you to review your situation and determine if an estate sale is right for you. There is no need for you to sort, unpack, display or mess with any contents. We can assess the contents and give you a free analysis as it is. Why waste your time when we can do it for you???
Sale Setup Please do not throw out, pack, rearrange or store anything!!!
Simply seperate the "sell" and "no-sell" items and leave the rest to us!!!
We do all the work for you. We will sort, unpack, clean and professionally display the contents in a manner that will provide value for you to make your sale as profitable as possible. We provide tables and display cases. We clean, organize, display and price all items. We take care of procuring the necessary permits.
Advertising We currently have well over 1000 customers on our mailing lists so we have a great following to bring you instant customers. We send notification emails and flyers to these customers, alerting them of our upcoming sales.
Your sale will be listed here on the "Upcoming Sales" link to the left. We also use other internet and newspaper advertising to bring in as many customers as possible to make the sale profitable.
Day(s) of the Sale
We offer a professional, knowlegable and courteous staff to work your sale. With the experience of many, many sales, our staff runs a smooth and profitable sale for you. Normally, our sales are 2 or 3 day sales. We will determine this when we meet with you.
After the Sale While we strive to sell everthing, there are times when there are items left over. Don't worry...we handle this for you too! We offer methods of removal of all unsold items which go to charitable organizations. (This is a great tax writeoff!)
